1. Meet with the Director of Marketing to select your residence. Please call the Marketing Office at (803) 739-5040. 2. Place a $1,000 (refundable) deposit to hold the residence of your choice. 3. Complete the Still Hopes application paperwork and submit it within 10 days of your reservation. 4. Upon approval by the review committee, make a second deposit equal to 10% of the Entrance Fee for the residence you have chosen. 5. The Marketing staff will work with you to secure a move-in schedule and help orchestrate the move to your new residence. Apartment and Cottage residents of Still Hopes have priority for residential assisted living, Alzheimer’s care, and skilled nursing.
