Guignard Society

The Guignard Society was formed in honor of Dr. Jane Bruce Guignard who willed the Guignard Mansion and 39 acres of land for the establishment of a retirement community.  It was her vision and gift that provided the compassionate, caring and vibrant community Still Hopes is today.

Members of the Guignard Society have accepted the call for planned and estate gifts for Still Hopes.  These individuals have helped to sustain the financial foundation and have shepherd Dr. Guignard’s vision.  Planned gifts may be made through a bequest, annuity, real estate, or an insurance policy.  An additional way in which an individual or family may become members is to pledge a minimum of $10,000 which may be paid over a mutually agreed upon period of time.  The gift may be designated for the Marshall A. Shearouse Center for Wellness, Resident Assistance program, Sally Garden, Arthur Williams endowed fund or other areas of interest directly related to the Still Hopes Mission.
